200 e-invoices a year are included in the plan.
When the included 200 documents are used, prepaid packs keep e-invoices flowing. The larger the pack, the less each document costs.

How documents are counted
- Each e-invoice or e-credit note sent or received through our Access Point uses one document.
- Drafts, documents that fail validation and documents rejected before transmission use none.
- The 200 included documents reset to 200 on each yearly renewal date. Unused ones do not carry over.
- Pack documents carry over and last 12 months from purchase.
- Documents are used from the yearly 200 first, then from packs, oldest first.
- When no documents are left, sending and receiving pause until a pack is added.
Pricing questions
What does the plan include?
Everything Accounting Intelligence does, for one company: unlimited users, the full accounting solution, and 200 e-invoices a year through our accredited Access Point.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every company starts with a 30-day free trial with everything included and no credit card. After that, the plan is AED 78 a month, or AED 780 a year — AED 65 a month, with 2 months free.
What happens when the trial ends?
If the company has not subscribed, it is locked until it does. Nothing is deleted: subscribe and everything is there exactly as you left it.
Can I send real e-invoices during the trial?
Yes. Trial e-invoices use the trial's 200 included documents.
What if I need more than 200 e-invoices in a year?
Add a prepaid pack, from 100 documents for AED 32 to 100,000 for AED 15,000, and combine as many as you need. The calculator above works out the cheapest mix.
